Delete your data from Alfred.

Messages you sent to a business that uses Alfred

• Email hej@getalfred.se with the subject “Delete my data”.
• Give the name, phone number or profile you used on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp, and which business you contacted if you know it.
• We delete your messages, lead form answers and profile details within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

A business connected to Alfred

• Remove Alfred under Settings and privacy → Settings → Business integrations on Facebook, or ask us at hej@getalfred.se to disconnect the account.
• Once the account is disconnected, every piece of data Alfred received from Meta for it is deleted within 30 days.
• Access tokens stop working the moment Alfred is removed.

Logging in to Alfred with Facebook

• Go to Settings and privacy → Settings → Apps and websites on Facebook.
• Find Alfred and choose Remove.
• Email hej@getalfred.se if you also want the account details we hold deleted. We confirm within 30 days.
